Joel,

You're attracting international attention now - sweet!

I'm hoping that I'll be able to join you on the Athens roads sooner rather than later. Of course, with those racing "street legal" cans you'll probably dust my poor 700cc Shadow.

This coming winter I'm planning on taking the bike apart and making some mods / general maintenance stuff. I'll probably have to custom-build some parts (forward controls, maybe rake the front end a little bit, add custom highway bars) because Honda doesn't make anything that will work. Any help you could give would be most appreciated.

Hope all is well, bud - talk with you soon.

Roberto,

No need to apologize. Hopefully the Monster will be back together this weekend. I was trying to convert to a dry clutch. Once I was in the engine, I realized I'd need a new transmission shaft for it to be long enough to attach the clutch. Some day I'll get another Ducati and it can have a dry clutch. :]

Anyhow, the rear brake is as large to make it more 'Monsterish". The front is for a Buell and is quite large, so I decided to make the rear large as well. I know the 620 isn't a Superbike, but I wanted to make it my own.

It's almost spring here, I bet Borgo Panigale is beautiful to ride around! :]
